Vinegar          100 gms

Preparation:

Take the lemon and wash it with water and clean it with a piece of cloth. Then cut each into four pieces. Then add in it the Ambika’s Pickle Powder and thoroughly mix it.

Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces mix it up with green chilly pieces. Pour oil in a suitable vessel and add into it the above said mixture and heat it for 10 minutes add vinegar and stock in a suitable bottle or vessel and use it whenever needed.
