Take in a vessel the required amount of puttu powder and pour water into it and keep it to dry. Now put 2 spoon of finely grated coconut pieces into the puttu preparing mould and now add into this one-cup of dried puttu powder.

Like this fill in all the puttu mould and keep it in a boiling bowl and stream it. After some time, put off the flames and unmold. Now, the puttu is ready to serve.
