Take 200 grams Thoordhal and boil it in 1 ½ litre water. In another vessel dissolve 50 gram of Tamarind into water and add into it small amount of salt and boil this for 5 minutes. And now add into this the above thoordhal. Also add 30 gram of Ambika Rasam Powder and add pieces of Tomato and let it boil for 1 minute.
Now add into this the ghee-fried mustered and sprinkle little coriander leaves. Finally twist a lemon and add limejuice to taste and now good smelling Rasam is ready for your meal.
